Why a Rate Guarantee Matters
If you have any experience renting self storage lately, you know that a common tactic has been to get people in low and raise their rates multiple times in the first year. At Stowaway Self Storage, we don’t think this is any way to treat the people who trust us with their belongings.
Maybe it’s because we love being a part of our local Tri-Cities communities, but we strive to keep our pricing fair and transparent.
As part of this goal, we guarantee your rate for the first 12 months you rent with us. Rent today and don’t see a rate increase for at least the first year! When we do increase, we do so only because of rising costs, and we are as fair as possible.
How it Works
Here’s a run-down of what our rate guarantee means
You Rent a Unit
When you rent, you see your monthly rate at the time of your rental.
That Rate Stays for 12 Months
For your first 12 months, we won’t move that rate up at all. You pay the same monthly rate you saw when renting.
Future Rate Increases
There may come a time when rates go up, but we will give you notice and be as fair as possible.
